What Is Catchball?

Catchball is a fast-growing adult women's sport, similar to Volleyball. Historically the game origin was right here in the US and it was played under the name Newcomb. 

Nowadays Catchball is popular nationwide and around the globe, and is also known as Kadureshet (כדורשת, Israel), Throwball (थ्रोबॉल, India), Cachibol (Mexico) and Качебол (Eastern Europe). 

The game of Catchball is played by two teams on a Volleyball Court, with 6 players on each side of the net. The objective is to pass the ball and ground it on the opponent's court, all while preventing them from doing the same. The main skills thar are being used in the game are serving, blocking and spiking.

The game promotes a healthier lifestyle and offers women the opportunity to socialize and meet friends through an empowering activity in a recreational environment and every woman over the age of 25 is welcome to join.
